How to get support

  3. Open a ticket and tell us what you need. If it is about an order, include your order number (it looks like ZMN-XXXXXXXX) so we can find it fast.

A ticket keeps everything about your order in one thread, so the team can sort it out quickly rather than going back and forth. Most tickets get a reply within a few hours during the day, seven days a week.
